This is an interesting article above about word of mouth marketing. But here's one for you. Why is it that negative word of mouth spreads so fast and getting people to say good stuff is so difficult?
A customer has a bad experience and tells 20 people. The same customer has a great experience and tells nobody. How does this make sense?
