I can see why the Dixie Chicks would be peeved that their commercials aren't being played, but aren't the networks doing us a favor?

Criminal Minds

I am a fan of "Criminal Minds".  I'm not even sure how long it has been on TV.  I just stumbled across it a few weeks ago.  I like Mandy Patinkin from "Dead Like Me", another one of my favorite shows.  He seems to be sort of the same character though, even dresses the same.  I think even the die hard "Lost" fans are losing interest in the show - which I've stated I've never had interest in.

Robert Dahl is one of my daughter's favorite authors.  We have read several of his books but are still working our way down the list.  "Fantastic Mr. Fox" is one we have not read yet but it is cool that there is going to be a movie about it.  We will be reading it in the VERY near future.

BARBRA Streisand

I don't see/hear the hype for Barbra Streisand or Celine Dion for that matter.  Yes, they can sing and Barbra is an okay actress but at the end of the day, I for one could not sit through a concert for either one of them.  Kudos to her and her sold out shows though. $$$$$  I seem to be alone on my island.

Weird Al Bags Top 10 Album

I've said it before, Weird Al ROCKS!!  His songs are super funny and very intelligently written.  I still haven't had a chance to see his latest hit, "White and Nerdy" video but I've heard it's great.  Congrats on the top 10 ALbum.

Subzero sizes

So, as if size 0 isn't enough, now we get to subject our young girls to "subzero" sizes.  How in the HELL can someone be a negative? 

Lost

"Lost"  lost me way back in the first season.  I watched a few episodes here and there but never enough to know what was going on.  I'm thinking of giving the show another go.  I can get the DVDs from Blockbuster online - so...should I watch or shouldn't I?

The Prestige

I've seen the commercials, I have NO interest in seeing "The Prestige".  Maybe on DVD when I've gone through my list of movies I want to see.  Does anyone else have a problem seeing Hugh Jackman as anything other than Wolverine?  Maybe it's just me.
